FoCo Camps is a free comparison tool built by a local parent to make summer planning easier. The camp information here comes from providers’ own websites and it changes constantly, so treat it as a starting point and always confirm details with the camp before you register or pay.
A camp appearing on this site is not a recommendation, and it does not mean anyone has checked the camp’s safety, staffing, or quality. Registration and payment always happen on the provider’s own site, never here.
The sections below say the same things more precisely. By using this site, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
FoCo Camps is an informational comparison tool for summer camp sessions in and around Fort Collins, Colorado, operated by Molly Rempe. It gathers publicly available details from camp providers’ official websites and materials and presents them in a filterable table so that caregivers can compare options in one place.
The site is free to use. It does not require an account.
2. What this site is not
To be direct about the limits, because these matter more than anything else on this page:
- It is not a vetting or accreditation service. A camp’s presence here does not mean its safety practices, licensing, insurance, staff qualifications, background-check procedures, supervision ratios, or program quality have been reviewed by anyone associated with this site. No such review is performed. Evaluating whether a camp is right and safe for your child is your responsibility, and the provider is the place to ask those questions.
- It is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Inclusion, position in the table, and sort order all follow the data and the filters you choose. None of it expresses an opinion about which camps are good.
- It is not affiliated with the camps it lists, or with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado State University, Poudre School District, or any other organization named on the site.
- It is not a registration or payment service. No bookings, reservations, waitlists, or payments are taken here. Every listing links out to the provider’s own site, and any transaction is between you and that provider under their terms.
- It is not a complete directory. Some local camps are missing, and some listings cover a program generally rather than specific sessions.
3. Accuracy, and why you need to verify
Camp details change quickly and unpredictably — prices change, sessions fill, dates shift, programs get cancelled. Information on this site is gathered from official provider sources and re-checked as time allows and as corrections arrive, but it is frequently incomplete and can be out of date or wrong at any given moment.
The site tries to be transparent about this rather than hide it. Listings show when information was last verified, flag missing fields, and carry a confidence signal. Where a detail could not be confirmed, it is marked unknown instead of guessed at.
Always confirm current details on the provider’s official page before registering, paying, or making plans that depend on them. The official source link on each listing exists for exactly that purpose. No representation or warranty is made that any price, date, age range, schedule, location, or availability shown here is accurate or current.
4. Links to other sites
Listings link to provider websites and registration portals that Molly Rempe does not control and is not responsible for. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided so you can verify information at its source; it is not an endorsement of that provider or of anything on their site.
5. Advertising
If advertisements appear on this site, they are clearly labeled and kept separate from the camp comparison results.
Advertising never affects which camps appear, how they are described, or how results are ordered. Camp providers are not charged to be listed, and no provider can pay for placement, ranking, or preferential treatment in the results. Where ads are supplied by an outside advertising network, they are selected by that network rather than chosen by Molly Rempe, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement.
6. No warranties
This site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molly Rempe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, opportunity, or plans, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or your reliance on information found here. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from inaccurate or outdated camp information, from a session being unavailable or priced differently than shown, or from your dealings with any camp provider.
Your decisions about which camps to contact, choose, pay, or entrust with your child are yours. Any dispute about a camp’s program, conduct, safety, or refunds is between you and that provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Molly Rempe for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Corrections and removal requests
Corrections are welcome and taken seriously. If a listing is wrong, email focosummercamps@gmail.com with the camp name, what needs fixing, and a link to the official source if you have one. Corrections are checked against the provider’s official materials before a listing is updated.
Camp providers may request corrections to their own listings, or ask to have their listing removed, at the same address. Removal requests are honored.
Listings are based on publicly available information and are presented for comparison and reference.
9. Acceptable use
Please use the site as a person planning for a child, which is what it is for. Do not:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the listings or underlying dataset, or copy a substantial portion of it to build a competing directory or resource.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to the providers listed here.
- Misrepresent the site as official, affiliated with a provider, or as having vetted any camp.
10. Content
The compilation, organization, written copy, and design of this site belong to Molly Rempe. Camp names, program names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective providers and are referred to here for identification and comparison.
You are welcome to share links to the site, and to use it freely for your own family’s planning.
11. Changes
These terms may change as the site changes. The effective date above will be updated when they do, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
